Participants will get an equal mix of hard work, enrichment and fun during this expedition. Baja will involve building houses and/or schools for needy families and communities who are among the poorest of the poor. Medical work is also needed (general screenings, etc.) Through out the week we will also have leadership lessons and team building. During our free time, activities will include going to the beach, hiking and trips to the best taco stands on the planet!

Team Informational Meeting / BBQ Required

2322 Spring Street. St. Helena, CA

We will have a team meeting / Q&A / BBQ on Sunday evening, May 31 from 5-7pm. It will be hosted by Calvary Christian Church - 2322 Spring Street in St. Helena.
We will meet in the church building at 5:00, then move to my backyard for a BBQ (across the parking lot). Please bring your own meat/entrée to grill and a salad to share. Lemonade and water will be provided. It will be a great opportunity to get to know other trip participants.

Requirements

Prerequisites

  1. Passports are required for adults. Participants under 18 may use a valid US Birth Certificate in lieu of a passport.

Responsibilities

  1. Participants will be responsible to join in on the group activities (building or medical) and general team cleanup of dorm facility.

Restrictions

  1. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Preparation

  1. Submit an application.
  2. Obtain a US passport or Birth Certificate/Travel Permission Form (for minors)
  3. Participate in raffle fundraiser (optional)
